It's been a month and I still haven't gotten my book. I could really use some assistance figuring out what's going on. Plus, a friend of mine ordered the same book and hasn't received theirs either. "Embedding Fonts in PDF is Essential"
We received our book, but there were issues with the fonts. After contacting Peecho Support, they suggested that we embed the fonts in the PDF. We figured out how to do this using the MS Word Preference Setting, so we should be all set moving forward. Peecho even offered to reprint and send us the book for free - talk about awesome customer service! Just a heads up, make sure to embed those fonts in your PDF. MS Office has the Option Preferences to help with that.

"Feeling let down :( My pals had better luck..."
I’m feeling really let down :( My pals have had a good time with Peecho, but my experience was not the same. I reached out via email twice and didn’t get a response, but I noticed they do reply to reviews here, so I’m crossing my fingers this can get sorted out. I shelled out a good amount for about 20 magazines, and I made sure to follow the size guidelines on the site. I just got my order today, and they look TERRIBLE. The images aren’t stretched to fill the page; instead, they’re just sitting in the middle with a bunch of white space around them. It’s pretty awful, honestly, like something I could whip up at home for way less cash. As a broke college student, this is a major letdown for me, and I’m not sure what my next step should be. I really wish they would’ve sent me a proof or something if there was a problem with my sizing, because this is just not okay. I’m open to changing my review if this gets fixed, but for now, I’m super disappointed.
EDIT: Hey Peecho, thanks for getting back to me, but I’ve checked both my spam and regular inboxes on all my email accounts and haven’t seen anything from you guys. I just shot another email to support@peecho, and I included my phone number in case that helps. I’ve also attached the images of what I received, and I’m really hoping we can figure this out because I can’t afford to lose all this cash and have customers waiting on their magazines. Please let me know if you’ve seen my email, and feel free to reach out here if there are any issues.
